| What should I do if my product doesn't work? |
If your product is not working it is definitely not good and you can try to resolve it by following the steps below, if that doesn't work then you can contact support.
1. All parts must be moved to the appropriate folders. For example, the part called UnGroup in Workspace must be moved to the Workspace folder and then the model must be UnGrouped.
2. Most of our products require DataStores access to function so enable it in Game Settings -> Security -> Enable Studio Access to API Services.
3. Most of our products require Humanoid Typed R6 to function so do it in Game Settings -> Avatar -> Avatar Type -> R6.
4. Products can be configured using the Settings script, which can always be found under the main script in Server Script Service or in Replicated Storages.
5. Almost all of our products require a license to run. It is necessary to have our Whitelist Engine in the "ServerScriptService". This engine can be found here. Below this script you will find a module script called "Products_Setup" and here you will insert the token from your product. Each product needs another token so just add a line and put another one in. |

The proxy server for webhooks serves as a bridge between two servers, here it is a roblox server and a discord server. It's not complicated, all you need is our proxy server link and a discord webhook.
1. You need to create a webhook on discord server first in Server Settings -> Integrations -> Create Webhook.
2. Copy the webhook to the clipboard and save it.
3. Then insert the webhook where you need to insert it.

| How can I establish a partnership? |
If you are interested in establishing a partnership that is either advertising only, long term or just a mutual giveaway we recommend that you follow the steps below. Here in CustomTech, partnerships are handled by our Marketing Team, and this team is led by Chief Marketing Officer.
1. You must meet the conditions for partnership that are set in the question "What kinds of partnerships you have?".
2. You must own or represent a company or community with discord server.
3. Your server or community cannot violate the roblox or discord ToS and cannot be blacklisted by the CustomTech.
4. On your discord server, you must have a channel partnership, and this channel must be visible for everyone.
5. On your discord server, you must post our advertisement into the partnership channel with ping @everyone or @here, ping depends on the agreement, but both companies should send the same ping, of course if you have less memeber then us it's probably not going to be same ping.
6. If your server have less then 3.000 members then you must ping everyone for us and we will follow the ping rules in "What kinds of partnerships you have?".
7. You can find our ad on our discord server in the channel 「ad-format」.

Through this partnership, you will get the role of a partner on our discord server and you will be listed as our official partner in command !partners on our discord server. Mutual Giveaway is a type of partnership where servers host a giveaway for each other. We have the highest criteria for this kind of partnership and it's not possible to do it without ping.

| Where I can claim the reward from boosting / giveaway? |
Just open a ticket on our support, and we will give you the product immediately. You must have a linked your CustomTech account with your discord account. To avoid unnecessarily prolonging the ticket resolution time, make sure you have linked your account to your discord account. and write which product you want. If there is an option for all products, it is forbidden to request services, maps and all products from Aviation Edition as reward for boosting or from giveaway.
Make sure that if you have won a mutual giveaway on our server, you did not win it on our server, but on the server you were supposed to join. We do not have the power to give you products that you have won on another server. |

In the settings, you can convert credits back to ROBUX or USD. If you are earning credits from Community Shop (Your own shop) or getting credits from the staff system, you can start earning real money from it. |

Anyone who wants to earn some money or robux can set up their own Community Shop and start selling their products on our platform for free with no fees. We're giving it for free because we just want a more active community, not to make money from this system. |

You can buy advertisement for credits on the Home page of this website. The advertisement is automatically sent by the system to the channel 「official-advertisements」, so a lot of people will see your advertisement. The advertisement has three packages without ping, ping here and ping everyone. |

You can create your account using our website. In the "Sign in" section, click on the "New account" button, and you will be prompted to enter your secret code from our Roblox HUB. | What is a CustomTech Badge? |
These badges are displayed on the CustomTech profile and in the !profile command on our discord server. And it's only for flex.
Badges:
 CustomTech Staff Badge - Only current members of the CustomTech Staff can earn this badge. This badge is automatically removed when you leave the staff team.
 CustomTech Administrator Badge - Only CustomTech system administrator can earn this badge. System administrator is a person who manages the entire system and oversees its operation.
 Customtech Partner Badge - Only current Official Partners can earn this badge. Official partnerships bring many benefits, but require a larger number of members.
 Bug Hunter Badge - This Badge is awarded by Company Management for finding more than 5 bugs in the CustomTech system.
 CustomTech Content Creator Badge - This Badge is awarded to people who selling their products in Community Shop system and have at least 2 sales every day for 30 days.
 Security Master Badge - This Badge is awarded to everyone who connects discord account with CustomTech account and regularly take care of the security of their accounts.

All of our products are secure and need a Whitelist Engine with a token to work. If you don't have this engine you can simply download it here, after downloading it make sure you will move this script into folder called "ServerScriptService". | What is developer tool plugin (products / engine installation)? |
It's CustomTech plugin that should help you install the whitelist engine, insert the whitelist tokens into the engine, and unpack the products into the appropriate folders. Plugin can be downloaded here. When you click on the get asset, make sure to turn off roblox studio and then turn it back on. Then in "MyPlugins" install our plugin "CustomTech Developer Tool".

| I have a whitelist license, but sometimes the game says I don't why? |
Our scripts check the tokens on our database server. If you run it in the studio, the entire session will run on your computer (it'll create a small server on your computer), so it will affect the loading of this game if you have a slow loading time. Also, everything in the game runs on the roblox servers, so it won't affect your normal game. |
