1 Introduction
a) The CustomTech "Terms of Use" create a contract between you, the end user, and company "CustomTech". b) You agreed to this "Terms of Use" when you create an account by checking the box "I agree to the CustomTech Terms of Use", by doing this, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this "Terms of Use". c) If you disagree with this "Terms of Use", you may revoke your agreement at any time, but this will result in the deletion of your account and all data associated with it will be permanently lost, including all your purchased products, themes, settings and credits. 2 Principles of behaviour
a) You are responsible for your conduct, and for any piece of text, information or file that you submit, post or display on CustomTech website or discord server. b) You are prohibited from defaming, insulting, harassing, threatening, provoking, impersonating, or intimidating other CustomTech users or staff. c) You are prohibited from posting or sharing content not safe for work (NSFW), content containing indications of racism / nazism / communism, pornographic content, content that explicitly discriminates any kind of religion or gender and other things related to this. d) You are prohibited from any harming of the company's good name, or intentional damage to its systems. This also applies to any attempts to copy the company or parts of the company. These actions may result in legal action. e) You are prohibited from sending advertising materials such as advertisements to other users or anywhere else outside the dedicated areas labeled as "Market Place". f) You are prohibited from disturbting the chat in any way by spamming (sending the same or similar messages over and over again), foolding (sending a sentence or part of text in a large number of smaller messages immediately after each other), mass pinging users / roles or ghost pinging users / roles. g1) You are prohibited from uploading files to CustomTech that contain any malicious code such as viruses, worms, or any file that is intended to perform any function on any device that occurs after it is downloaded even without the user's express permission. g2) You are prohibited from using programs that can compromise the security of the system and other users. This category includes various discord modifiers such as "Better Discord" or "Vencord". g3) You are prohibited from using any programs or services to change your IP addresses. This means using programs that intentionally change the IP address, since the IP address can be dynamic and will change automatically after some time. g4) You are prohibited from using any exploit programs on Roblox platform. h) You are prohibited from abusing any bug that you will find. We admit that there may be a bugs in the system, but it should be reported to our support immediately. i) You are required to follow and respect the guidelines of the "Roblox" and "Discord" platform. j) You are prohibited from misusing / abusing any feature, chat or system on CustomTech. k) You are prohibited from using a foreign language other than English. l) Toxicity and hate have no place at CustomTech. We are a friendly community and any attempts to disrupt this great order will be punished. m) It is forbidden to interfere in any way with the safety of the company, staff and other members. Any breach of security will result in legal action. n) You are obliged to protect yourself from security threats such as link with virus malicious code and dangerous applications. Any stolen account and subsequent damage caused will be charged to you not to the person who sent you this link / made malicious code or application. o) CustomTech guarantees the right to appeal any punishment that is issued on CustomTech including discord punishments, website punishments, group punishments and staff punishments. The appeal form can be found here, your answers will be checked within 14 days. You can submit a new application after 30 days. We do not guarantee that your request will be approved, it depends on the individual case. You can track the status of your request in our appeal tracker, every request is added after the verification process is complete. p) Spreading rumours or false information with purpose to harm the company is strictly prohibited and will be punishable with blacklist for all your accounts without possibility to appeal. This applies to both individuals and groups. q) Any bypassing or assisting with the bypassing of punishment is prohibited and will result in a blacklist. r) If anyone intentionally conspires or creates groups based on conspiracies against CustomTech they will be blacklisted. This also applies to people who are in groups that conspire against CustomTech. 3 Registration and account
a) You can register as a member for free through your roblox account. You can then access your account using your CustomTech password, Roblox Authorization application or Discord Authorization application. b) You are prohibited from selling your CustomTech account. This includes all parts of the account. c) No one including staff team is not permitted to ask you for your password to your CustomTech account. The system administrator can access this account automatically and does not need to know your password. You are personally responsible for your account and its security. 4 Products, services, credits and payment
a) When you purchase a product or service, you are assigned a whitelist for your roblox username and all your groups that you own. You are responsible for your own use of the product, but keep in mind that it is strictly forbidden to resell the product without CustomTech certification or share it in any way. b) All materials contained in our product, including, but not limited to, text, scripts, models, files, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CustomTech ("https://customtech.store/") or its content suppliers are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution is illegal and will be considered copyright infringement. c) You are entitled to buy our own currency called credit, you can buy this currency on our website with money (pay with USD) or on our Roblox HUB (pay with robux). All purchased currency is assigned to your account and refunds of our currency back to money or robux are not possible. d) If you create an order for the service and then make a payment it cannot be cancelled and the developer have 15 days to complete your order, after 15 days from purchase you are entitled to request cancellation of the service and a refund in credits (the service must be in "Working on order" status). Keep in mind that the developer doesn't need to report to you the progress of the work. e) No refunds can be made on any of the official CustomTech products, products from Community Shop and CustomTech official services that have status "Completed". f) CustomTech reserves the right to remove products or services purchased by you if you violate the Terms of Use, or when your account is banned, or when your account is removed. g) CustomTech reserves the right to remove your purchased or earned credits if your account is suspended as compensation for the damage caused to the company. This reset will take place 30 days after the suspension has been issued and the action is permanent. 5 Giveaways, competitions and discord boosts
a) If you win / get a reward on CustomTech in the form of robux, credit, discount codes, products or services you must claim your prize within 7 days on CustomTech Support. If you fail to do this then you are not eligible for your reward and the reward will be voided. b) In the case of a discord boost reward, you are required to leave the boost on the CustomTech discord server for at least 30 days. Failure to do so may result in the product you received being removed and you may be subject to the account suspension. c) CustomTech has the right to refuse to give prize / reward if we believe the winner has acted fraudulently, or failed to meet the requirements needed to win. d) If you win or wish to select any product as a booster reward, the word "any" does not apply to products in the Aviation Edition, Bundles and Maps. e) If a giveaway for robux is announced, you must be joined to our roblox group for a minimum of 14 days. If we find that you are not eligible to be paid or are not connected the prize will be refused. 6 Community Shop system
a) Content uploaded by the vendors on their Community Shop must follow CustomTech Terms of Use. The content also cannot contain any links to other websites or discord invites. b) Only file types JPG, PNG, GIF, RBXL and RBXM are allowed for upload in Community Shop system. All uploaded files must be secure and cannot contain any malicious code. c) CustomTech reserves the right to review every uploaded file and content on Community Shop to ensure compliance with CustomTech Terms of Use and ensure safety of customers. Therefore, all uploaded content must be reviewed. d) Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they upload to their Community Shop. They must ensure that they hold the necessary ownership / reselling rights to distribute the uploaded files. e) CustomTech reserves the right to ban or suspend any shop in the Community Shop system if they believe that the shop is in violation of CustomTech's Terms of Use or is engaging in fraudulent behavior towards customers. f) CustomTech doesn't guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the products, and users purchase these products on their own risk. CustomTech also doesn't hold any ownership / reselling rights to products uploaded in Community Shop system and has no right to provide any information or support for them. 7 ExChange system
a) To ExChange credits to money or robux, you must be a member of the "CustomTech" roblox group and have been a member for at least 14 days. You must have credits on your CustomTech account earned through the Community Shop system or CustomTech Staff system. You cannot be punished on CustomTech in the last 30 days (including staff punishments like strike or inactive point). You must have a linked discord account with the CustomTech account. b) To get credits from CustomTech Staff system you must be member of CustomTech Staff Team. In case of resignation or termination, you are not eligible for exchange. You can request after trial period and completed academy, so normal member+, if you are junior it does not apply and you cannot exchange. c) To get credits from Community Shop system you must have active community shop. Your shop must also not be reported and cannot contain content in violation of the CustomTech Terms of Use. d) You can submit a new request 14 days after your last request. CustomTech reserves the right to take 60 days to process your request and also deny your request without providing a reason. e) In case you attempt a fraud such as transferring credits from some event or a mystery chest / bag your credits will be confiscated and your account will be punished. 8 Staff terms and conditions
a1) The following terms in this section apply only to current, future or former Customtech staff. In the case of a violation of the following conditions, the staff will be subject to a punishment in the form of a strike, inactivity point, suspension, demotion, ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy - 2x strike / 3x inacitivty point), termination or credits deduction. a2) If a staff member is junior, they have some tolerance for punishment, if they mess up, they only have the option of being excused from a strike or inactive point once. Also, the team leadership has to explain exactly where the staff member went wrong. b1) You are prohibited from abusing the system privileges that CustomTech has granted to you to perform your duties or harm the company in any way (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). b2) You are prohibited from abusing the power of your position that CustomTech has granted to you to perform your duties. Abuse of official power will result in termination or removal from your current leadership position and -2.000 credits deduction. c) You are prohibited from sharing customers / staff private or account information without approval of that user (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). d1) You are expected to be mature in every way, this applies to communication with customers as well as with colleagues. You must treat all customers and members with respect and a high level of maturity. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. d2) You are required to take your job seriously and professionally, any unprofessional behaviour will be subject to a punishment of -600 credits and a strike. e1) You are required to respect and know all handbooks of your team where you serve and regulations of your team and perform all your duties stated in your team handbook. e2) For the minor violation of the handbook there is a punishment -200 to -500 credits and verbal warning. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. e3) For the medium violation of the handbook there is a punishment -500 to -1.000 credits and strike. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. e4) For the major violation of the handbook there is a punishment -1.000 to -10.000 credits and termination / ZTP / staff suspension. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. f1) You must report your inactivity longer than 2 days at least 1 day before start via Leave of Absence (LoA) system that can be found in Staff Panel. The maximum length of the Leave of Absence (LoA) is set to 30 days, afterward, you can request a new one 14 days after the expiration of the current one. f2) Unreported inactivity for more than 3 days is considered as automatic termination from CustomTech Staff team. f3) Junior members and staff with active tasks like ticket on the support, order in developer system or any other task are not allowed to take Leave of Absence. f4) It is strictly forbidden to extend or interfere with the LoA system, it is also strictly forbidden to approve a LoA that is not in the system. Whoever allows manipulation with this system will be punished with -800 credits and a strike. f5) Any activity such as dealing with tickets, joining the showcase, frequent communication on the discord, working on orders is forbidden during LoA status and will result in the cancellation of your LoA, -200 credits and strike for abusing the LoA system. g1) You can submit your resignation if you have been serving in the team for more than 7 days, however submitting resignation earlier may lead to termination (Earlier resignation must be approved by CEO/COO/CHRO). g2) Honorable resignation must be approved by Chief Executive Officer and can be only issued to members serving more than 3 months as part of leadership or 6 months as senior member in some team with exemplary service. With this honor, staff members will receive a 200 credits and a Former Staff role. h) You are required to have some basic knowledge towards your team, e.g. if you are working as a developer you must have some knowledge of development in that area, if you are working as a marketing specialist you must have some knowledge regarding marketing. In case you don't have this knowledge you can't work for that team. i) All products / services that developers create for CustomTech become the property of CustomTech and they don't have any ownership / creator rights to the products / services anymore. j) You are required to meet a weekly quota if you aren't on LoA or you aren't in CustomTech Staff Academy and you will fail to do so you will get inactivity point and -800 credits deduction. k) Upon joining the CustomTech Staff team, you are required to provide evidence within 48 hours that you have set up two-factor authentication on both your Roblox and Discord accounts, and you must provide your timezone. If you are not going to provide these data you will be terminated. l1) Every new member of the CustomTech Staff team must pass a background check and CustomTech Staff Academy before starting with doing his duties. Any use of CustomTech Staff commands or functions is prohibited until then. l2) If a member serves 7 days at Junior position they are eligible for promotion to a regular member, this does not include time spent with the academy. m) You are prohibited from expressing political, personal, racial or other views. You must uphold the company's values at all times. n) If you are terminated, credits may be deducted in relation to any damage caused by your actions. o) You are required to follow the Chain of Command (CoC), if someone is in CoC on LoA or doesn't respond within 24 hours the you are authorized to contact the person above them in CoC. Chain of Command begins with Deputy Supervisor and ends with Chief Executive Officer (This position is top level manager or head of Company Management). CoC only applies when a member requests something, CoC is not used in case of questions or normal communication with a person. The punishment is set to -300 credits and a strike. p) It's strictly forbidden to bring up information from CustomTech Staff team chats on discord or CustomTech Staff section on website, this action will be punishable by immediate termination (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). q1) Developers are not allowed to sell/use other people's objects for the creation of products / services without the explicit permission of the owner of that object, this also applies to toolbox objects. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. q2) Developers are completely prohibited from using any models from the toolbox or purchased models from any other company. They must use only own models, parts, textures, meshes, images, scripts, GUI, sounds and other data files. The punishment is set to -600 credits and a strike. r) It's strictly forbidden to take bribes, this action will be punishable by immediate termination. s) You must follow the orders from your superiors and show them respect. If superior (someone from leadership: Deputy Supervisor+) gives you an order you are obliged to obey it, but this applies only to matters related to CustomTech. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. t1) Deputy Supervisors, Supervisors and Company Management members must meet several basic criteria to perform their role, this includes that they must serve more than 30 days on CustomTech, cannot be a member of a staff team in another Ro-Tech company or cannot own their own Ro-Tech company (only companies with more than 150 members on discord or in roblox group are counted) and also cannot have any major offenses in their punishments history such as termination, ban and blacklist. t2) CustomTech Staff are prohibited from being staff in more than 3 Ro-Tech companies (Number 3 is including CustomTech). t3) In the case of a new team leadership (Deputy Supervisor, Supervisor) or a new Section Leader, the member must go through a 10 day trial period from which they can be removed without any notice. u) You are prohibited from sharing any information authorized to read only for you or to CustomTech Staff, including spying our company for another company. This action will be considered as treason and will be punishable with blacklist. v) To change teams or transfer, you must have served more than 14 days in your current team, you cannot have a punishment in the last 30 days and you must have met your quota. w) You must treat everyone in the same way, you cannot favour anyone on the basis that person is close to you. The punishment is set to -300 credits and a strike. x) You are prohibited from desertion, which includes leaving the discord server or the roblox group without a proper resignation. y) Anyone who wants to join the CustomTech team must go through the proper applications. The only exception is when candidate have role "Former Staff", this role ensures that the candidate will be accepted without applications. z) Conflict of Interest (CoI) is unacceptable and in the case of handling any case that is CoI, the case must be referred to someone else for investigation or an independent committee must be formed to investigate the case. CoI is activated if the decision on the matter can be influenced by the fact that you know the person. The punishment is set to -600 credits and a strike. 9 Using cookies
a) By accessing CustomTech, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the CustomTech Terms of Use. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain sections to make it easier for people visiting our website. We also using the cookies in the login page to save trusted devices. b) If you disagree with this, we recommend refraining from using the CustomTech website and deleting your cookies. 10 Privacy policy
a) In order to provide you with the best service, we collect your device's IP address, location determined from the IP address (this is only the city or country for payment gateway customization), operating system and browser. All this data are stored in our database and are double encrypted. b) This data are only used by our system and are not visible or retrievable in any way, the system uses it to detect possible threats / multi accounts. c) Encrypted data can be only seen by the server administrator, and in our case it's the CustomTech owner. We don't provide any data that we collect here to any third parties or people who are closely involved in the project. 11 CCPA Privacy rights
a) Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to: Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers. Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected. Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. a) Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor and guide their online activity. CustomTech does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records. b) If you are under the age of 15, your parents or legal guardian are responsible for your activities on the CustomTech platform. c) If you are under the age of 13 you are not allowed to use our services, because CustomTech is from 13 years old, if you are not 13 years old your account will be permanently banned without any warnings and compensation. 13 Affilate program
a) This service can be only used for advertising. Any other use as a chat, or use as an announcement will be punished by message deletion and account suspension. b) Your advertisement cannot violate Roblox Terms of Service, Discord Terms of Service and CustomTech Terms of Use. Any violations may result in message removal by our Moderation Team and account suspension. c) Discord advertisement cannot contain mentions, because bot will set your mention based on the type of advertisement you have purchased. 14 Copyright claim
a) All materials contained in our digital products, on our website (https://customtech.store/) and on our discord server (838131472128147489), including, but not limited to, text, scripts, models, files, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of CustomTech ("https://customtech.store/") or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. a) CustomTech may modify the terms of this agreement at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. a) These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and CustomTech. The printed version of this agreement and any notice in electronic form are admissible in legal and administrative matters based on or related to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as any other document or record in its original printed form.

They must ensure that they hold the necessary ownership / reselling rights to distribute the uploaded files. e) CustomTech reserves the right to ban or suspend any shop in the Community Shop system if they believe that the shop is in violation of CustomTech's Terms of Use or is engaging in fraudulent behavior towards customers. f) CustomTech doesn't guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the products, and users purchase these products on their own risk. CustomTech also doesn't hold any ownership / reselling rights to products uploaded in Community Shop system and has no right to provide any information or support for them. 7 ExChange system
a) To ExChange credits to money or robux, you must be a member of the "CustomTech" roblox group and have been a member for at least 14 days. You must have credits on your CustomTech account earned through the Community Shop system or CustomTech Staff system. You cannot be punished on CustomTech in the last 30 days (including staff punishments like strike or inactive point). You must have a linked discord account with the CustomTech account. b) To get credits from CustomTech Staff system you must be member of CustomTech Staff Team. In case of resignation or termination, you are not eligible for exchange. You can request after trial period and completed academy, so normal member+, if you are junior it does not apply and you cannot exchange. c) To get credits from Community Shop system you must have active community shop. Your shop must also not be reported and cannot contain content in violation of the CustomTech Terms of Use. d) You can submit a new request 14 days after your last request. CustomTech reserves the right to take 60 days to process your request and also deny your request without providing a reason. e) In case you attempt a fraud such as transferring credits from some event or a mystery chest / bag your credits will be confiscated and your account will be punished. 8 Staff terms and conditions
a1) The following terms in this section apply only to current, future or former Customtech staff. In the case of a violation of the following conditions, the staff will be subject to a punishment in the form of a strike, inactivity point, suspension, demotion, ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy - 2x strike / 3x inacitivty point), termination or credits deduction. a2) If a staff member is junior, they have some tolerance for punishment, if they mess up, they only have the option of being excused from a strike or inactive point once. Also, the team leadership has to explain exactly where the staff member went wrong. b1) You are prohibited from abusing the system privileges that CustomTech has granted to you to perform your duties or harm the company in any way (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). b2) You are prohibited from abusing the power of your position that CustomTech has granted to you to perform your duties. Abuse of official power will result in termination or removal from your current leadership position and -2.000 credits deduction. c) You are prohibited from sharing customers / staff private or account information without approval of that user (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). d1) You are expected to be mature in every way, this applies to communication with customers as well as with colleagues. You must treat all customers and members with respect and a high level of maturity. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. d2) You are required to take your job seriously and professionally, any unprofessional behaviour will be subject to a punishment of -600 credits and a strike. e1) You are required to respect and know all handbooks of your team where you serve and regulations of your team and perform all your duties stated in your team handbook. e2) For the minor violation of the handbook there is a punishment -200 to -500 credits and verbal warning. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. e3) For the medium violation of the handbook there is a punishment -500 to -1.000 credits and strike. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. e4) For the major violation of the handbook there is a punishment -1.000 to -10.000 credits and termination / ZTP / staff suspension. The severity and amount is determined by the person issuing the punishment. f1) You must report your inactivity longer than 2 days at least 1 day before start via Leave of Absence (LoA) system that can be found in Staff Panel. The maximum length of the Leave of Absence (LoA) is set to 30 days, afterward, you can request a new one 14 days after the expiration of the current one. f2) Unreported inactivity for more than 3 days is considered as automatic termination from CustomTech Staff team. f3) Junior members and staff with active tasks like ticket on the support, order in developer system or any other task are not allowed to take Leave of Absence. f4) It is strictly forbidden to extend or interfere with the LoA system, it is also strictly forbidden to approve a LoA that is not in the system. Whoever allows manipulation with this system will be punished with -800 credits and a strike. f5) Any activity such as dealing with tickets, joining the showcase, frequent communication on the discord, working on orders is forbidden during LoA status and will result in the cancellation of your LoA, -200 credits and strike for abusing the LoA system. g1) You can submit your resignation if you have been serving in the team for more than 7 days, however submitting resignation earlier may lead to termination (Earlier resignation must be approved by CEO/COO/CHRO). g2) Honorable resignation must be approved by Chief Executive Officer and can be only issued to members serving more than 3 months as part of leadership or 6 months as senior member in some team with exemplary service. With this honor, staff members will receive a 200 credits and a Former Staff role. h) You are required to have some basic knowledge towards your team, e.g. if you are working as a developer you must have some knowledge of development in that area, if you are working as a marketing specialist you must have some knowledge regarding marketing. In case you don't have this knowledge you can't work for that team. i) All products / services that developers create for CustomTech become the property of CustomTech and they don't have any ownership / creator rights to the products / services anymore. j) You are required to meet a weekly quota if you aren't on LoA or you aren't in CustomTech Staff Academy and you will fail to do so you will get inactivity point and -800 credits deduction. k) Upon joining the CustomTech Staff team, you are required to provide evidence within 48 hours that you have set up two-factor authentication on both your Roblox and Discord accounts, and you must provide your timezone. If you are not going to provide these data you will be terminated. l1) Every new member of the CustomTech Staff team must pass a background check and CustomTech Staff Academy before starting with doing his duties. Any use of CustomTech Staff commands or functions is prohibited until then. l2) If a member serves 7 days at Junior position they are eligible for promotion to a regular member, this does not include time spent with the academy. m) You are prohibited from expressing political, personal, racial or other views. You must uphold the company's values at all times. n) If you are terminated, credits may be deducted in relation to any damage caused by your actions. o) You are required to follow the Chain of Command (CoC), if someone is in CoC on LoA or doesn't respond within 24 hours the you are authorized to contact the person above them in CoC. Chain of Command begins with Deputy Supervisor and ends with Chief Executive Officer (This position is top level manager or head of Company Management). CoC only applies when a member requests something, CoC is not used in case of questions or normal communication with a person. The punishment is set to -300 credits and a strike. p) It's strictly forbidden to bring up information from CustomTech Staff team chats on discord or CustomTech Staff section on website, this action will be punishable by immediate termination (CustomTech Staff Blacklist). q1) Developers are not allowed to sell/use other people's objects for the creation of products / services without the explicit permission of the owner of that object, this also applies to toolbox objects. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. q2) Developers are completely prohibited from using any models from the toolbox or purchased models from any other company. They must use only own models, parts, textures, meshes, images, scripts, GUI, sounds and other data files. The punishment is set to -600 credits and a strike. r) It's strictly forbidden to take bribes, this action will be punishable by immediate termination. s) You must follow the orders from your superiors and show them respect. If superior (someone from leadership: Deputy Supervisor+) gives you an order you are obliged to obey it, but this applies only to matters related to CustomTech. The punishment is set to -800 credits and a strike. t1) Deputy Supervisors, Supervisors and Company Management members must meet several basic criteria to perform their role, this includes that they must serve more than 30 days on CustomTech, cannot be a member of a staff team in another Ro-Tech company or cannot own their own Ro-Tech company (only companies with more than 150 members on discord or in roblox group are counted) and also cannot have any major offenses in their punishments history such as termination, ban and blacklist. t2) CustomTech Staff are prohibited from being staff in more than 3 Ro-Tech companies (Number 3 is including CustomTech). t3) In the case of a new team leadership (Deputy Supervisor, Supervisor) or a new Section Leader, the member must go through a 10 day trial period from which they can be removed without any notice. u) You are prohibited from sharing any information authorized to read only for you or to CustomTech Staff, including spying our company for another company. This action will be considered as treason and will be punishable with blacklist. v) To change teams or transfer, you must have served more than 14 days in your current team, you cannot have a punishment in the last 30 days and you must have met your quota. w) You must treat everyone in the same way, you cannot favour anyone on the basis that person is close to you. The punishment is set to -300 credits and a strike. x) You are prohibited from desertion, which includes leaving the discord server or the roblox group without a proper resignation. y) Anyone who wants to join the CustomTech team must go through the proper applications. The only exception is when candidate have role "Former Staff", this role ensures that the candidate will be accepted without applications. z) Conflict of Interest (CoI) is unacceptable and in the case of handling any case that is CoI, the case must be referred to someone else for investigation or an independent committee must be formed to investigate the case. CoI is activated if the decision on the matter can be influenced by the fact that you know the person. The punishment is set to -600 credits and a strike. 9 Using cookies
a) By accessing CustomTech, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the CustomTech Terms of Use. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain sections to make it easier for people visiting our website. We also using the cookies in the login page to save trusted devices. b) If you disagree with this, we recommend refraining from using the CustomTech website and deleting your cookies. 10 Privacy policy
a) In order to provide you with the best service, we collect your device's IP address, location determined from the IP address (this is only the city or country for payment gateway customization), operating system and browser. All this data are stored in our database and are double encrypted. b) This data are only used by our system and are not visible or retrievable in any way, the system uses it to detect possible threats / multi accounts. c) Encrypted data can be only seen by the server administrator, and in our case it's the CustomTech owner. We don't provide any data that we collect here to any third parties or people who are closely involved in the project. 11 CCPA Privacy rights

Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected. a) Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor and guide their online activity. CustomTech does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records. b) If you are under the age of 15, your parents or legal guardian are responsible for your activities on the CustomTech platform. c) If you are under the age of 13 you are not allowed to use our services, because CustomTech is from 13 years old, if you are not 13 years old your account will be permanently banned without any warnings and compensation. 13 Affilate program
a) This service can be only used for advertising. Any other use as a chat, or use as an announcement will be punished by message deletion and account suspension. b) Your advertisement cannot violate Roblox Terms of Service, Discord Terms of Service and CustomTech Terms of Use. Any violations may result in message removal by our Moderation Team and account suspension. c) Discord advertisement cannot contain mentions, because bot will set your mention based on the type of advertisement you have purchased. 14 Copyright claim

a) CustomTech may modify the terms of this agreement at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you agree that your sole remedy is to cancel this agreement between you and CustomTech. b) Your continued use of the CustomTech website / discord server constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes made to this agreement. 16 Conclusion
a) These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and CustomTech. The printed version of this agreement and any notice in electronic form are admissible in legal and administrative matters based on or related to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as any other document or record in its original printed form.
